from 2nd Lieut. J.D.Lloyd, Hong Kong
Civil Service, and have to request that,
in the event of the Secretary of State
agreeing to this official being employed
as a repatriation officer, we may be
instructed as to payment of his Colonial
allowance, to enable us to notify the
